No Trump didn't ignore a disabled boy, you utter moron.
A lot of celebrities virtue signal but often don't have much idea when it comes to political issues outside of their bubble reality. Being famous (when it comes to the entertainment industry) doesn't give a person a better sense of what is actually happening in the world.
Drain the Swamp should be changed to Drain the Sewer - it's actually much worse than anyone ever thought, and it begins with the Fake News!

Hillary Clinton and a firm with ties to the Democratic party setup President Donald Trump and his family in an attempt to destroy the billionaire businessman and politician according to the National Enquirer.
The tabloid magazine, which has made no secret of its pro-Trump agenda, came to this conclusion after what they describe as an ‘exhaustive investigation’ into the matter.
These attempts by ‘evil’ Hillary to bring down her rival included luring Donald Jr. into meeting with shadowy Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskyaya claims the tabloid.
And the firm in the middle of all this is Fusion GPS according to the tabloid, the same group that allegedly compiled Christopher Steele’s scandalous dossier of claims about President Trump that was published in January...
To put it in spy terms it was like a honey trap, Only they weren't selling sex to Donald Jr. They were selling fictitious dirt of Hillary,' said former CIA officer Larry C. Johnson.
It's not amazing and they miss the mark much more often than they hit it... but they have broken open a few major stories.
A few examples:
(2011) The National Enquirer reports on Tiger Woods many affairs and mistresses.
(2011) The Enquirer published a story claiming that Steve Jobs had only six weeks to live because of cancer... he died 7 months later of cancer
(2007) The National Enquirer revealed John Edward's affair with Rielle Hunter, a former campaign worker.
(2003) They break the story of Rush Limbaugh's addiction to painkillers and opiates.
(2001) They revealed the existence of Jesse Jackson's illegitimate child.
So, as a result, I am usually skeptical of their "stories" but they have been known to get it right as well. This makes some of their more popular claims more difficult to dismiss out of hand.
If you were to write an authentic history showing the evolution of the US mass media, the National Enquirer is more important than The New York Times, because the legitimate media moved closer to tabloid than the other way around.
What CNN considers "Breaking News" today is the sort of thing only covered by the National Inquirer in the past.
In the past you would never have known that a real news story was uncovered by the National Inquirer because CBS would never admit it.
The National Inquirer paid , sometimes real money, for scoops-especially about celebrities. During the lengthy OJ Simpson trial they were able to afford informants better than the police or legitimate media. There was so much money to be made in the OJ case that all the media moved tabloid.
The National Inquirer and Reader's Digest operated below the radar screen of intellectuals, people in academia paid no attention. There is no library in the US that ever collected the Readers Digest or National Inquirer. Research is made more difficult because all the records went up in a fire.
In the current political battle in the US understanding how tabloid stories work has high value. This is a kind of software invented by National Inquirer.

The printing and dissemination of spurious news is hardly new, but the term fake news is. However, when we say that an English word is “new,” we are using a broader meaning of that word than if we were to refer to, say, a musical genre. Fake news appears to have begun seeing general use at the end of the 19th century.

Fake News. The following is handed to us for publication. Sunday’s Enterprise says that I and a companion were run over by the Neptune and thrown into the water. As can be proved by more than one, we did not so much as get our feet wet, nor were we helped into the Neptune. Clarence Collins. —The Kearney Daily Hub (Kearney, NE), 7 Jul. 1890
The public taste is not really vitiated and it does not in its desire for ‘news’ absolutely crave for distortions of facts and enlargements of incidents; and it certainly has no genuine appetite for ‘fake news’ and ‘special fiend’ decoctions such as were served up by a local syndicate a year or two ago. —The Buffalo Commercial (Buffalo, NY), 2 May 1891

You gotta hand it to the least-watched cable news enterprise on television today: When CNN really wants to conduct an “investigation” into a story, they do a decent job.
Take the recent story involving the identity of the person who created that meme where then-private citizen and WWE wrestling personality Donald J. Trump was whipping up on someone whose face was blotted out by a CNN logo. Man, that really was funny. And creative, too. Trump really does whip up on CNN on a regular basis. You could even say he’s got an ongoing “war of words” with the network (though as far as we know, he’s never body slammed any CNN reporters and editors or thrown them out of a wrestling ring).
It only took the CNN “investigations team” 24 hours to figure out the identity of the Reddit user who posted the meme. Then, for good measure, the network’s reporters and personalities proceeded to threaten the poor schmuck with character assassination, Mafia-style, if he (or she) didn’t stay in line after apologizing for mocking the network everyone should be mocking (hashtag fake news). (RELATED: Greenwald: CNN has become a “creepy, bullying” propaganda network seeking vengeance against its critics)
As Trump.news reported, the network’s actions essentially amounted to blackmail:
In an article published by CNN, the failing network explained the decision to keep the Reddit user’s identity private occurred because the individual “said he is not going to repeat this ugly behavior on social media again.” It added that the statement “could serve as an example to others not to do the same.”
So, all media Mafia assertions aside, we know the network is capable of legitimate investigative reporting. Now the question becomes, why doesn’t the network actually do more of it?
Take the Benghazi terrorist attack. There were clear indications that then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton dropped the ball repeatedly regarding requests from the late U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens for beefed-up security; and that the administration — from President Barack Obama to Clinton National Security Advisor Susan Rice and on down the line — lied repeatedly when they claimed that the attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi was the result of spontaneous anger over some obscure anti-Muslim video produced in California that hardly anyone had ever heard of.
As for the current president of the United States, Donald J. Trump, the network’s reporting has been simply abysmal, even drawing criticism from other Left-wing reporters like Glenn Greenwald of The Guardian and The Intercept. He wrote recently:
There is also something untoward about the fact that CNN — the subject of the original video — was the news outlet that uncovered his identity. That fact creates the appearance of vengeance: If you, even as a random and anonymous internet user, post content critical of CNN, then it will use its vast corporate resources to investigate you, uncover your identity, and threaten to expose you if you ever do so again.
And let’s not forget how often the network as simply been wrong in its reporting on Trump and his administration, even to the point of being forced to retract one story recently, leading the three journalists who worked on it to resign.
It’s clear that CNN possessed the resources to do actual investigative work that is accurate and even compelling. What is also clear is that the network seems to reserve those resources for those times when it feels personally attacked or injured.
